    What is Identity and Transition Coaching?

    Identity and transition coaching supports individuals navigating significant life changes - particularly in midlife - where roles, relationships, health, or career no longer feel stable or aligned.

    This is not high-energy motivational coaching. It is psychologically informed, reflective, and steady. It honours the complexity of transition - particularly for high-functioning individuals who are used to holding everything together.

    This is confidential, private 1:1 coaching for individuals ready to move beyond coping and toward clarity. Based just above Manchester, I work with clients across the UK and internationally via secure online sessions.

    Many people arrive feeling uncertain about what coaching will involve. They may worry that they should aleady have clear goals or answers before starting. Whereas in reality, our works begins exactly where you are.

    Our sessions are a space to pause, reflect, and explore what is changing in your life without pressure to immediately 'solve' it. Together we look at patterns, beliefs, and expectations that may have shaped the path you've been on so far, and begin to understand what feels aligned for the next stage of your life.

    Some conversations bring clarity quickly. Others unfold gradually as new perspectives emerge.

    What matters most is that you begin to reconnect with your own internal compass - the part of you that knows what feels right, even when life has temporarily disrupted your sense of direction.

    Over time, people often notice a shift from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling calmer, clearer, and more able to make decisions with confidence. And as the heaviness lifts and decisions feel easier, a sense of energy, possibility, and excitement about life begins to return.
