• About Rachel

I have spent years as a criminal solicitor seeing how one moment can change the direction of someone's life.

Through my own lived experience and my work in behavioural change and coaching, I began to recognise something deeper - that many capable people quietly reach a point where the life that once made sense no longer fits.

What feels like confusion or failure is often a very human transition point.

Today, my work focuses on helping people navigate these periods of transition; to help them understand where they are in that process and find a grounded way forward.

I help capable people who feel quietly lost reconnect with themselves so they can trust their judgement, make aligned choices, and move forward with a deep sense that they are - and will be - okay. The kind of 'okay' that feels like a deep breath returning to your body.
