About Rachel
Periods of transition can be some of the most unsettling moments in life.
From the outside, things may appear stable or successful. Yet internally, you may find yourself questioning who you are now, what direction to take, or how to move forward with clarity.
The people I work with are often capable, proactive individuals who are used to handling life well. When something shifts - whether unexpectedly or long-planned - such as a relationship ending, a health issue, or a career change - it can feel deeply disorienting. Sometimes the shift is quieter: a growing sense that the current path no longer fits.
My work focuses on helping people navigate these identity transitions. Not by rushing to knee-jerk reactions, but by creating the space to reconnect with who they are now, understanding what is changing, and rediscover the internal clarity needed to move forward.
Before becoming a coach, I spent years as a criminal solicitor. During this time I saw first-hand how quickly life can change. One moment can alter someone's circumstances, identity, and sense of direction completely. This experience gave me a deep appreciation of human resilience - and of the patterns people move through when their lives shift unexpectedly.
Alongside my legal career, I also hold a Master's degree in Personalised Nutrition, and I trained in coaching and behavioural change, including NLP and therapeutic coaching approaches. These frameworks helped me recognise that many of the challenges people experience during periods of change follow understandable human processes and physiological responses. And when we understand those processes, we can work with them rather than feeling overwhelmed by them.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief that even during the most uncertain periods of life, people are far more capable and resilient than they realise.
When we reconnect with our internal compass - our values, intuition, and sense of self - clarity begins to return. From there, people are able to make decisions with greater confidence, move forward in ways that feel aligned, and trust themselves again.
Ultimately, the work we do together is about more than solving a problem. It's about helping you regain a grounded sense that you can navigate whatever comes next - and that you will be okay.
