How does it work?
Initial Contact
A free initial telephone or video call consultation of up to 60 minutes to discuss and agree what you want to achieve, how coaching can help, and how we will make it happen.

In Person Consultations
Consultations can take place in person, whether in a clinic setting, at your offices, or even in your local park! Wherever you feel comfortable and have the space to focus on yourself.
I am based on the Lancashire/Greater Manchester border and am flexible as to venue location.
Video Calling Consultations
Through various mediums, this enables consults to take place face to face and can make consultations more regular and support easier to obtain when you need it most. Video calling has proven very successful and has made coaching more accessible for more people.
Once an appointment is arranged, I send you the invite which has a link ready to simply click on to start our conversation, using either your computer, tablet, or mobile.
The Journey
Whilst everyone is different (that's why we have the initial chat), this is typically the journey a lot of us are on...
You have found yourself asking these type of questions:
- How do I get the life I want?

What we do first:
- Get really clear about the goal - short-term and/or long-term - and the why.
- This is specifically what you want - not your other half, your mum, or your boss. It is not about 'shoulds' but 'wants'.
- We learn from your past, explore your values, and uncover any blockers that may be getting in the way of clarity or action.
- We make the best decisions when we have good up to date information about who we are now.
We then put things into practice:
- Once we are in a good place mentally, emotionally, and physically, this is where we explore possibilities and try out new things.
- This increases your feeling of control over your own life and we get real-time feedback as to how it feels and fits.
- Acting purposefully and with a clear intention increases confidence and feelings of fulfilment.
- This is when we ask ourselves: do you want to up-level some more?
The 'Barriers'
Sometimes the 'known', even if it's completely crap, feels safer, so our brains throw up various arguments to avoid change. These are just the two most common ones, with reminders of what you already know to be true (no matter what that worried part of your brain may tell you).
Six months is a long time...
Yes, it may take six months. After speaking with you I may well recommend 12 sessions of an hour, one a fortnight, over 6 months.
That same six months will go by anyhow.
Do you want to have spent it doing the normal, predictable, routine day-to-day, and then feeling like you are in the same place you were (or worse off)
... OR would you rather have taken control and started to live an intentional, fulfilled life of your own making?
It's not cheap...
Yes, it will cost money. But then the value of that is an investment in yourself and your future self. And would you really believe it will change your life if it cost nothing? Would you put the same work into it?
It's a commitment to yourself.
It may be about the price of a holiday or a new big-ass TV (depending on what you spend on those things, obviously!).
It is for you to decide whether your happiness is worth the money.
It's not forever...
You will leave coaching with a greater understanding of how your brain works and how you respond to life circumstances. With that awareness comes choice.
You get to choose to use your brain to your advantage. You get to choose how to respond to life.
You will have an arsenal of tools and strategies that you know work specifically for you that you can use on repeat whenever you need them.
You will absolutely know that you are amazing and deserve to be happy, no matter what happens.
The Investment
Everyone is different and I tailor packages as I do sessions, based on you as an individual.
This is purely to give you an example of what a six month commitment to yourself may look like so you can decide if you are worth it.
1 hour sliding scale example:
12 x 1hr sessions over 6 months (total 12 hours)
- Plan A: Income up to £40k = £1,200
- Plan B: Income over £40k to £65k = £1,800
- Plan C: Income over £65k = £2,400
No income proof required.
1.5 hours sliding scale example:
12 x 1.5hr sessions over 6 months (total 18 hours)
- Plan D: Income up to £40k = £1,500
- Plan E: Income over £40k to £65k = £2,400
- Plan F: Income over £65k = £3,000
No income proof required.
It's always up to you.
If you want to make changes coaching will absolutely work for you to help you make the right ones as easily as possible.
If you are NOT committed to changing (e.g. if you don't really, truly want to) then you won't.
I cannot change anyone for them. You have to want it.
