    An opportunity to gain invaluable insights and practical strategies on your past, current, or future scenarios with clients, whether on ways to improve the quality or ease of communication or on how to build stronger and effortless relationships with clients. Rachel will help guide you to insights and practical actions that are right for you and can be implemented immediately.

    As this is an interactive workshop, please join with your camera on, although do not feel that by joining you have to speak - listening to others' scenarios can in itself be powerful in both skill development and for considering a fresh (or long-forgotten) perspective.
     

    Held weekly on a Thursday lunchtime 1-2pm.

    Usually run once a month, the day will run 9:30am-12:45 and 1:30-4:45pm.
